These original and modern catering packages bring fresh produce and variety together all prepared by us in front of you. Prawns, prime rib, duck breast skewer, baked camembert, a social way to cook and eat with hand-picked products.

Plancha and barbecue packages are also an original and chic alternative to traditional wedding meals which will make your event a gourmet, visual and unique success.

We provide these services from start to finish, from setting up the equipment to serving dessert and coffee.

What is the process?

It’s easy for you! You have nothing to do; just spend quality time with friends and family while we set up the barbecue, salad bar, cheese bar etc.

We will arrive 1-1.5 hrs before your guests arrive to get the barbecue going.

No dishes? Our hire service will take care of it. You don’t need to wash up at the end of the event: we bring everything we need and take it back with us.

Plancha Party

Host your next garden party with a plancha theme.

The plancha grill is a social, welcoming and relaxed way to cook that respects products and locks in their nutritional qualities and flavours.

We cook in front of your guests and, most importantly, we take care of everythingt.

We serve a fish plancha but can also provide a meat plancha party with duck strips in Port, Texan ribs and veal chops in ginger. We will arrive 1-1.5 hrs before your guests and can bring tables for the salad or dessert bar with us.

“Plancha Pizzazz”

“Plancha” is a Spanish word which translates to “plate”.

From a technical point of view, the plancha is similar to the Japanese teppanyaki griddle.

This Japanese grill tends to be set up in front of restaurant diners: chef juggles knives and food with flair.
